Hum... I'm puzzled. Shower and fan don't work?? Perhaps making you really tired would work. If not, I think you need to let you body the time to acclimate. I lived six months in Thailand and it was very hot. At least, at night time the weather was a little bit cooler and it was possible to sleep. But I always waked up early in the morning, I couldn't even sleep passed 9.

I tried taking shower and fan but they dont work on me.But maybe these rain clouds may help..

Also,i consider to go a fitness center.I will try to make myself soooo tired there then at night i might sleep well because of the tiredness.What do you think?

Well, if it's really hot at you're place, I recommend you take a good cool shower before going to sleep. A fan might also be of use.
I hope for you it's going to rain and cool a little, if you want, I'll try to blow on the clouds in order to send them toward Turkey

How lucky you are there that it is raining there.I want it too.Here is sooooooo hot that i am having troubles about night sleep.I can just sleep in the mornings till afternoon.That is terrible.I start to feel tired.Do you recommend smth to me for this problem?
