what's up means what's the matter with you?want you trouble?it is said in saudi arabic(as a special Arabic dialect): ESH TEREED?as it is pronounced in English.
He may add: YALLAH ROOH! meaning go away. Or he may also add:ALLAH MAAK meaning: God bless you! As for what you've heard:ANA ANA,he was repeating the same word which means either me or I= He wants to say: you do that for me,me?! or: I,I can do something to you!
