I can't really go through egyptian grammar since egyptian Arabic doesn't respect grammar and rules in many places, ye2olly = is the present tense of the verb "to say" or "قال" he said = 2aal, she said = 2aalet
he say = ye2ol, he says to me = ye2olly = ye2ol + ly (to me) which was contracted to ye2ol because the word ye2ol ended with l and the "to me = ly" started with l so both ll were contracted to يقولّي or يقوللي when you add "ye" to a verb it means that the verb is being used in the present tense. yekteb (egyptian) he writes now
