help on meaning of one Arabic Word

I searched internet and found this website. Thought I could get get answer to my question. This Arabic word is pronounced like 'haseinishao'. What does it mean?

It might be more than one word. What is the website, or what is the context? It might also be in a dialect I don't fully understand. If you provide more details, you could get answers.

Where did you heard the word, it could help if you give more details.
I can't guess it meaning, sounds like : husein (an Arabic name) but it depend.

Hey devanymfix, thank you. It was just said by a person as one word, there was no context as it was just said suddenly, no other sentence went with this word. By the way, I know zero about Arabic language~~. My guess is, it's not a good word, looks like that person who said this word was blaming somebody.

Hi devanymfix, I heard it in the office (Canada), a person whose mother language is Arabic said it suddenly without any other sentence/words going with it.
