Now that I think about it, it might be a question, asking someone how they feel in a Levantine dialect.

It sounds to me like it's in Japanese or in Chinese I don't know why

It sound Japanese/Chinese when we don't understand (it sound wierd for me too and the fact that I can't understand it bring me "noise" in my head !)
