You can use it if you wan't to use "this".

A : hal hadha jameel?
B : na3am innaho kadhalek (the repetition is not suitable, I could say "na3am hadha jameel" but it wouldn't be so beautifull)

It's like in English :
A : Is this beautifull?
B : yes it is ( the answer Yes this is beautifull sounds booring)
