PS:I'm not really sure about the nouns used with laysa.

First part :
من فضلك،من هذا؟
هذا مدرس.
و من ذلك؟
ذلك طالب.
In this part, replace dhaalik with ذاك (dhaak)

Second and third part :
هل هذا الطالب؟
لا،هذا ليس الطالب لا.هذا المدرس
And
هل هذا المدرس؟
لا،هذا ليس المدرس لا.هذا الطالب
If you mean : is this the student? then your sentences are rights if you only use هل هذا هو الطالب؟, if you don't wanna use "hua" then your sentence must be completed, it gonna be understood like : "is this student ..?" (ex : is this student good? = هل هذا الطالب جيد؟),the same thig for the answer, if you don't have a description for the person (student or teacher) then add "hua" before each one of them.

What about "laysa"? you used it good in here, I sure need the phonetic to know if you made a mistake about "laysa" or not

So Hogwarts the answer after that is :

or
لا هذا ليس هو الطالب، هذا مدرس

And Mustafa = مصطفى, there is no way to write it in another way :

Mustafa is the man, I'll say:
مصطفى هو الرجل
If I want to say:
Mustafa is a man, I'll say:
مصطفى رجل
And if I want to say The man Mustafa, I'll say:
مصطفى الرجل
