Salam everyone,
Very good job Jonne! Barakallah! Also I noticed small typo in Hal Muhammaii faqir? Should be may be "d" in stead of "i" right? Very informative lesson this one is. Thank you Jonne. I would also like to know when do you, guys, omit this "tanwinization" in modern form of speech? I heard that if you want a special emphasis to be added to the word you would then attach "un" (tanwin damma) to its end. But otherwise, you simply don't use so much this "un" at the end of any word. I could be mistaken, though. شكراً جزيلاً لكم |

I do exactly as you say, Jonne, you do.
I don't use tanwinned endings so much either. I just wanted to confirm from natural Arabic-speakers, what rule should we uphold here, right? In some books it says you sometimes mention tanwins, especially "un" at the end of nouns. Sometimes you don't. I just wanted to know when you do and when you don't. |

Yes, I know, of course, Jonne, Fus7a is better it's more complicated form, we should go for it.
I just happen to know that you are from Finland, right? Among many stories that I heard I was also told that Finns and Hungarians are somehow related to the Turkic languages, is that true? ![]() Last edited by abu_dana; 10-17-2005 at 03:25 PM. |
