Well, this rule fact of Arabic “7arakat”, it implies that some are stronger than the others, and this rule is specifically used when reading Qouran, because the “7arakah” of a letter can change the way it’s pronounced in Quraan “Tajweed” i.e. “the way used in reading it”

Yes, that's right, in fact our guys here insist on that rule every day. They say it's very important. So ,we have to repeat it every day. It's not like madrasa thing, it's more secular but still you know what I mean. Every book published in Russian about Arabic has this rule in it
