al jazaratu = the carrot
jazaratun = carrot

you can't have "al" in the begining and "un" (tanween) in the end of a word at the same time.
I don't know what you mean by "ghalaat".

No, I translate into standard Arabic, nothing of these is influenced with any dialect.
