All I wanna say is that smoking is not good at all, people who smoke try to stop it, not the opposit.

well i`m not a smoker but as i know nicotine is really addictive and everytime that you use a cigar nicotine gets "grab" in your brain and that cause a feelling of take another cigarette

One for sure: nicotine is a drug. Brain? Well, I would rather be worried about the lungs.

I think smoking is a social vice. Everyone starts smoking because they see other people do it, or because friends are doing it. Also, people nowadays seem to be too weak and they do not have the necessary will to give up a habit, may it be good or bad. I am not a smoker, and I really cannot understand the feeling that a cigarette can give to certain people. Most of my friends smoke and some even say they hated the smell of smoke in the beginning….then I ask myself….why did they tolerate it and started smoking? I would really like to hear the opinion of smokers…what do you feel when you need to smoke and do not have cigarettes at hand….and what do you feel when you smoke…can you control the feelings?

Yes, it is a kind of social vice at the beginning, but after that : addiction, just like all the other addictions. To control feelings? I think it is impossible. It gives just something more like a... sense of control. In small doses it is stimulating, this is why do people like it so much.

I'm Ilara. I'm Italian.I really agree with you. Smoking is death.
Congratulations, your picture i(don't worry, it's clear enough)is very original and strong.
My boyfriend smokes about 40 cigarettes a day and he doesn't want to stop.
What can I do?
Please, help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
