Maybe for some meditation works .....its difficult to actually say what can help because it doeesnt work for everyone...Some people even reach the stage of ending up commiting suicide which is sad

you are right ... medication doesnt help always . i had them 2 but i felt weird afterwards. my opinion is , try to talk with friends , reletives , family, or maybe even a pschycatrist . most of the times its the toughts that get you down , and these are only toughts. get a second opinion try to talk with others ... a good friend is better then therapy

i think meditation is ... hmmm how to explain ? a kind of yoga . and medication are medicene or pills (i had medication, medicine) but you were right anavorig . i misreaded the word meditation :-)Last edited by sonniesays; 12-12-2007 at 01:02 PM. |
