It doesn’t wok with me. I use to feel very stupid taking about my feelings and… even if I find some one to listen carefully to my words and pay complete attention to them… sometimes it’s not enough. I can’t say a procedure to overcome bad moments and my ways may be useless for others.

Sometimes it’s nice to stay alone and some others loneliness can stab your soul and makes problems even biggest that they really are.

The key is in each ones mind and the way… may be walk. Staying static thinking about how miserable you are and how you suffer is not the way.

It’s just and opinion.

I read somewhere there are people addict to or hooked on a concrete emotion or feeling. It works like a dug and it’s difficult to change it.

May be a way to fight depression, but I prefer to work in my mind and try to get stronger. I use to think about how lucky if I compare my situation with other people situation. Sometimes I think it’s just loneliness, but not real loneliness but feeling alone even in a crowd, like a static element in this every day frenetic rhythm.

I think pills hide problem but by themselves can’t help in long time and brain can get hurt, creating a disease that last all life long. It’s not a game… I think is better to visit a doctor when problem is really serious.

To look on the bright side of things helps a lot, as you see May be self confidence and being too hard with yourself makes you feel you are failing or may be just need a sincere and deep talk with someone. I love these not planed conversations able to change the worse point of view over life o a big childish smile.

I remember a song who says: “I can still learn to grow,
Into a child again.”

Being old enough to know when to be like a child and when to behave like an adult… it a very cheap and healthy therapy ^^


PD: I like this threat... I use to feel this way too many times an may be for too long lately. May be winter is freezing emotions too.

Maybe for some meditation works .....its difficult to actually say what can help because it doeesnt work for everyone...Some people even reach the stage of ending up commiting suicide which is sad

you are right ... medication doesnt help always . i had them 2 but i felt weird afterwards. my opinion is , try to talk with friends , reletives , family, or maybe even a pschycatrist . most of the times its the toughts that get you down , and these are only toughts. get a second opinion try to talk with others ... a good friend is better then therapy but thats my opinion

i think meditation is ... hmmm how to explain ? a kind of yoga . and medication are medicene or pills (i had medication, medicine) but you were right anavorig . i misreaded the word meditation :-)
