That's no more Capital Purnishment, that's plain crime! You are then neglicting the fact that "the death penalty is reserved as a punishment for premeditated murder, espionage, treason, or as part of military justice" (wikipédia). In these cases, don't you think that the person deserves death?

Come ON! Of course not. In my religion, there are laws set by God for who deserves death, although that's not applied in all Muslim countries.
Otherwise, it's clear enough when a person deserves death..When you kill a bunch of people, for example.

(I'm going to use an example from history so this post isn't side tracked)

When Napoleon came back to power after exile other European empires declared him an enemy of mankind and made it legal for anyone to kill him, I guess in the name of a greater good.

Supposing killing a man would save alot of lives but that man is killed by an individual, he's still committed murder but who should decide whether he should be for killed for it fairly?

PS yah, I agree there are some crimes which should be punished by death outright.

PPS What do you mean by "laws set down by God?" - Shariah law?

That was mainly my point. And I am not in any case saying that it's easy to say who belongs to this case, and who doesn't. I am no judge.

Yes, if you know little/much about Islam.
