hmmm, not necessary leading to non democracy since the aim of a democracy is not to assess the truth but to be a legitimate system to vote laws and applicate them fairly.
Laws make a code which allows or disallows actions. To try to create a law that will tell the truth is a non sense... as if someone would make a law against Newton's law of universal gravitation or a law to assess the good or the bad following a fact... as if someone would make a law saying the that the american civil war was a good thing! This last thing can only be a point of view but cannot be a law anyway.
And let's say that I believe non-democracy begins with this last type of law...
