Some Transhumanists believe that technologically enabled telepathy, called "techlepathy", will exist in the future of humanity, which we will develop practical machines for.

You can learn telepathy, it's not difficult. It is more related to psychology. You can learn the human nature, lke how they react at certain point of time, then you can learn telepathy. Actually you'll be predicting that this person will respond in this manner as he/she is in certain mental state.
If you stay with a person for longer time, say roommate, wife etc etc then you can predict many things about her nature. You both can convey some messages just by looking at each other.

Hi Meriem, after long time.
You can have that too, once you understand the human nature in general, you can predict about the unknown people as well. It takes time, a lot of time, but can have that power if you work hard. It's a kind of study.

I'm sure Gosia has to share something lucrative on this matter.
