Hello comtngl,
Can you write the words more clearly, personnaly I can not guess them, I can only see 1590 (on the left of the screen) !

This is an inscription on a copper bowl I acquired. The first four numbers are in a different language appearing to be in Early Islamic Arabic. I think the first four numbers translate to 1295 (1 is 1, backword 7 is 2, 9 is 9 and 0 is 5 according to Arabic Numerals, but not sure of the rest.

I confirm what klowj said, in Indian numbers, it gonna be 1295, but I still can't read the sentence
