L'eau dans le corps humain
Plus de la moitié du corps humain est composé d'eau. Savais-tu que sans eau, tu ne pourrais survivre plus de 5 ou 6 jours? Ton corps a besoin d'eau pour fonctionner (tout comme les autos ont besoin d'essence pour rouler!). Ainsi, tes muscles carburent à l'eau et tes reins se servent de l'eau pour filtrer les impuretés de ton sang. Quant à ton cerveau, il utilise l'eau pour penser et tout orchestrer... D'ailleurs, quand quelqu'un réfléchit trop fort, on dit que son cerveau est en pleine ébullition! |

الماء في جسم الإنسان
يتكون جسم الإنسان في أكثر من نصفه من الماء. وهل كنت تعلم أنك بدون ماء لن تستطيع البقاء على قيد الحياة لأكثر من 6 أو 7 أيام؟ إن جسمك بحاجة إلى الماء لكي يتمكن من الحركة مثل السيارة التي لا تستطيع السير بدون وقود. وهكذا فإن عضلات جسمك تعمل بالماء وتستفيد كليتيك من الماء لتنقية الدم من الفضلات. وأما دماغك فإنه بحاجة للماء لكي يمكنك من التفكير وتنظيم كل شئ. وعدا عن ذلك فإنك إذا بالغت بشدة في التفكير فيقال عندها أن دماغك في ذروة الغليان.
