Hi to everybody
I´m new in this forum and I´m looking for help in translating German or English into arabic. I don´t know, how to post a new topic, so I simply answered to this message. I hope, this ist o.k.?

I received a song of Amr Diab and I would like to know, what it is about?
The titel is mentinned above. What about the figures in arabic language? I know, they mean several letters, but are they really used in written language?

If you want to, I can send you the whole song als wav file.

well it means ( i start to miss her )

and it is written like this أبدأ احن الها

i guess i know the song but is this the title ??? the one am thinking of is ( ydu2 elbab ) and it is about some lover who go away from her beloved , and every time the door knocks he will think that she cameback to him and when he opens the door he realizes that it is not her at the door so her start to miss her again ... well , this is what the song is about .

about those figures which you wrote , those are letters and figures used in chat rooms or sms , when writting to someone who doesn't know the arabic letters , or when using a keyboard or mobile which doesnt have the arabic language software ...

the arabic letters we use are the ones like i wrote for you above or in the other posts ....

By the way Trudi , since you know all those languages listed above , i guess you should consider learning Arabic , i see you don't have much diffeculties in languages
