Why are there so many variations?

Hi,
I've now had my name translated into arabic by 3 different people, and all 3 are different, can anyone explain why this is? The start of my name is always the same (ie the symbol on the right) but the end is different (ie the symbol on the left). Any help would be useful.

When posting a new reply, you click on the paper clip logo in order to add a joint document. But I think there are a maximum size for pictures, and it does not always work well for me. It is easier if you put your pictures in Word document first.

Well it worked but is very small. You can click on it to enlarge it though. The other interpretations are on my phone so will have to wait till I get home so I can get my USB cable to transfer them. Any comments on this one though is appreciated.
