hello,can somebody help me with this proverbs,can somebody translate them?

Good friends are like stars....You don't always see them, but you know they are always there.

A friend is someone who is there for you when he would rather be anywhere else.

Your friend is the man who knows all about you,and still likes you.

Well it's a correct. But it's not very good phrases in Arabic. Because I translated them into Arabic. If you would like to get some phrases as the same meaning, I can give you some suggestions.
