Or you didn't hear/spell them well. Give us some information about the context to be able to try to help you.

the problem with the word Whatiz(?) or Whatiza(?)...I can't remember the exact spelling because I saw it some time ago used in an arabic phrase (transliterated) in a forum mixed in an english sentence about cultures in the gulf region and I have lost the link. I managed to find the other meanings of the sentence except this. I will try and look for it again and provide the link. I am sure I heard that same word used in a sentence recently again and it made me curious.

mutlakibr...is a username. I checked the spelling. Just now did a search through google and thought that maybe it is three words or two words joined to make the name. Mut-la-kibr or mutla-kibr? I know what Mut, la and kibr mean. But I couldn't find out if it is mutla-kibr, what mutla means. I noticed a bridge etc. has the name mutla.

Thanks for the assitance

Sorry bot none of these sound familiar to me.
Mutlakibr can't be divided into three parts like that, it just doesn't make sense.
