Automatic translations into Arabic are plain rubbish, trust me.

Here is my attempt. It's just that "sunshine" doesn't really work with possession in Arabic, that's why I asked you to change that part.

أحيانا ظلال الحياة سببها وقوفنا تحت أشعة الشمس
= Sometimes, life's shadows are caused by our standing under the shunshine.
