It's not Tunisian but an attempt for classical Arabic, with a mixture with French (the use of et), but the person's grammar is aweful .

I thought that good people think of good people if they get hungry, or tired, or sick, or got happy and they feel them and stand by them even when they are mad at them.
You're in my heart, Lila, even after/when/if you said "I hate you".

I guess the person meant that ennass ettaybeen (les gens bien) do not forget about their friends (who are also tayybeen) when they are having a hard time, even if they are mad at them. That's why he keeps her in his heart even if she hates him.
