That's the Arabic name, and Hanna was asking about her name (which is not in Arabic, it doesn't have a glottal stop at the end) written in Arabic letters.

She is asking for her name written in Arabic letters, Hanna. Unless if I am wrong, I don't think that Hanna here is Arabic. And you can notice the stress on n, we do not have it in the Arabic name Hana.
