I'd appreciate if I could get these words translated into lebanese:

1. good news / bad news
2. surprise
3. how long are you staying in ... ?
4. to follow somebody
5. to answer the phone (pick up the phone)
6. we can't be together

Nhar not na2ar, and I think Lebanese people say tdall, not teb2a.

I'd say: redd 3a ttilifone.
