The only thing I wanted to say with this, is sometimes, translate it in English, and it loose his meaning... et mes idees sont plus belles en francais, sans rancune

sure josee .. the ideas are much more beautiful in our own native languages .. we can can express our feelings in a better way when we talk in our mother tongue ... but , there are some friends here, as i metioned, whom would like to help ...

I love wrtiting in English as well as in Romanian, my mother tongue. And I find ideas and themes taht go better with French than with English and so on. It is a fact that you cannot both translate and keep the original's every quality. Poems, for example, are a crime to translate, because they have a certain musicality that you cannot possibly transferr in other languages. Even the Romans used to say "Tradutorri, traditorri!" - Translators are trators.

translation is the best way to show you what others are thinking in your own language .. it make things easy for those who don't speak the language .. i agree with you , the word will lose some of it in translation , but it is better than not get it completly .. right
in your signeture .. did Nietzche said that in English ??? No , i guess someone translated this into English , and i don't think it lost its meaning

Well, I translated it into English. And I am a big fan of Languages and so of translations. I have nothing against it as it brings people and brains together - such as now. But it has its flows...Nothing is perfect in this world... But we won't stop trying, now would we?

I agree that each one has the right to express what they want to translate in any language they want. I agree also that whatever this language is, you never get an exact translation to the target language :-) Translators aren't that criminals after all. :-)

Well, if you are a bad one, you could be... Across teh histiory there have been known cases in which the translators of kings or other state leaders have been paid to translate other things, to the king agrees to give away land or the throne or sign in a contract that is bad for his people. And than there have been bad translators which caused missunderstandings and even wars on the account of mistakes...
Oh - I hope you don't think I have sth against translators...no way...I way just stating a fact.
