"know yourself"
into arabic?

إعرف نفسك it's kinda hard to pronounce the second letter in this expression the rest is easy i3raf nafsak, the number 3 refers to a sound like a sharp "a" or a sharp stop

like i'raf nafasak

Slight typo (in bold) it's nafsak like the first time it was translitared (in italic). typo that makes the word "yourself" become "your breathe"
