Assalamu aleykum,
I think that Gokce is spelt in English like Gokche (if it is really a Turkish word that I know!) so it should be something like : گوكچى Where G stands for گ And CH stands for چ In Arabic "CH" would be like تش |

Why not write "tch" just as تش like you suggested? That "j" with three dots isn't really a good idea.
I'd write it then now with the hints about its phonetics as: غوكتشي |
