A little help with lebanese again please

I'd like to have this passage translated into lebanese please. It's a from a german forum and I'd like to help:

"I'm having trouble at the moment (= many problems), I've had a bad fight with X and I feel so bad, I'm crying all the time. I wish you were here to keep me up"

(I understand that it's a girl speaking to a guy)

I tried to translate myself but all those tenses give me a hard time :-) In a few words, it's quicker if you translate yourself than if you correct my translation :-)

I suggest saying : betmanna law kent houn 7addi la terfa3 ma3naweyaiti
7addi = by my side and it gives a better meaning in the Lebanese translation.
