Hello Cristina

- keep it up (or "I wish you strength" when one is a bad situation)
In a bad situation or even to encourage someone:
To a male: shed 7ailak
To a female: sheddi 7ailek
This is an expression that means "be stronger" and used when you want to incourage someone to keep it up.

- If you need help let me know
Well, the Lebanese version of this would be "Let me know if you need help"
To a male: khalleeni e3raf eza me7taij musaa3adi
To a female: khalleeni e3raf eza me7taiji musaa3adi
It can also be:
To a male: khalleeni e3raf eza e7tajt musaa3adi
To a female: khalleeni e3raf eza e7tajti musaa3adi

- Mm I disturbing you? (meaning "are you busy right now or can you talk")
Am I disturbing you:
To a male: 3am bez3jak shee?
To a female: 3am bez3jek shee?
But this might be misunderstood, so for "are you busy" I suggest:
To a male: enta mashghool shee? or just (mashghool shee?)
To a female: enti mashghooli shee? or just (mashghooli shee?)
Or in a clearer way:
Are you busy right now or can you talk =
To a male: mashghool halla2 walla feena ne7ki?
To a female: mashghooli halla2 walla feena ne7ki?

I wish you a happy day

Hi Cristina and no need to thank me, it's my pleasure, any time

What would I do without you?

The following go for what would I do without you? and it means ( I can't live without you or something like that)
To a male: Shu be3mol balaak?
To a female: Shu be3mol balaaki?

The future version or it:
What will I do without you:
To a male: Shu ra7 e3mol belaak?
To a female: shu ra7 e3mol balaaki?

Feel free to ask any question you need
