you say your name as Alessio right? I mean the ss do not sound like sh?
Alessio = أليسيو or ألِسيو
The two ways are correct though I prefer ألِسيو

Hello, thank you for letting me know. Actually, the double 's' in my name sounds something like the 's' in 'progress' so which one would you suggest between the two translitterations you gave me? Thank you again.

The two can do it, though I would go for the second one
ألِسيو
it's the same as ألسيو , that you can use too, but I added " ِ " under the "لـ " to indicate that there is a sound of "e" after the "L"
