I think I can help here
العسقبلي is actually two words: العسكري and قبلي
so "النظام العسقبلي" means " the tribal-military rigeme"


يسيل لها لعابهم means Drooling over...

العسقبلي ? where does this word come from? it just came out by combining عسكري with قبلي؟ , this is the first time I ever hear of it!

same here

There is nothing in Arabic called عسقبلي
Its just our "Yamani" freind here was trieng to be inovative and combined the two words in the new weird looking word!

on the webforum where I found the one other quote I talked about, it read :
وحاشد وبكيل كتعبير عسقبلي

I was so very much close to write that وحاشد وبكيل كتعبير عسقبلي is almost not Arabic so tribes? now this makes sense, btw how is بكيل pronounced? is it bekeel or bakeel? is it an Arabic word?

Hashid & Bakeel are names for two brothers of Hamadan همدان tribe (the great tribe of Yaman that could be dated back to the 1st. century AD. )
