Name Translation

hello, i'm wanting to get a tatoo of my name in Arabic but until now i've been unable to find/verify a correct translation for my name: Antonio. can anyone help please.

Hi Tony

There are two ways of translating the name Antonio into Arabic

usually the "t" of it is translated into Arabic "ط" which is some kind of a strong "t", so the name would be:
أنطونيو

Sometimes the "t" of Antonio is just translated into a normal Arabic "t" which is "ت", this is not the common case though, and the name would be:
أنتونيو

I would for sure suggest going for the first case using "ط"

thanks alot for your help. the two translations you provided coincided with the ones i had found online and you verified them. i greatly appreciate it, now i can go get the tatoo and not have to worry about it being incorrect or offensive.
