this is meaning my mother is what grounds me she holds me down. She is my support in life. Did i phrase it correct?

I can't tell, because I'm not that familiar with the poetic expressions in Arabic, maybe if you want to say my mother my roots, or my mther my support I can translate that for you instead, because in Arabic I'm not sure if many people would understand that you mean your mother is your support by saying my mother my rock
