I'd say that سارة is more used, but lonely toons says the other form is used as well. Both ways are prunounced the same way, which is exactly how you prunounce Sara.

Most arabic names (for girls) finish the same way as Asminha wrote yours. But since Sara does not mean anything in arabic (unless I'm wrong) both ways are correct; they are pronunced the same way.
