For Arabic font in word, I don't know how to install it. I think when you install Arabic keyboard on your computer the arabic fonts are added to Word.
If you want to add the arabic Keyboard, you need to go in your user configuration panel, and then you click on the regional and linguistic icon. You click on "add a language", and then, you must check where it is written to add the files for complexes scrips that are written right to left. After that, you will be able to choose arabic in the list.
