Hello, need help translating a coin from Arabic.
Greetings and salutaions. I have recently came across an Iraqi coin and would like to have the reverse translated. I believe it might be a medal, since the circle in the middle, where normally the denomination would be, contains writing. Could anyone help me with this?

Thanks a lot! I believe it's dedicated to the 50th Anniversary of Iraqi Air Force, and your translation supports that it's not a coin, but a commemorative medal of some kind. Now if i can only find an iraqi forum that would know the history of it, such as who and under which circumstances received it. It's 21K gold, so i doubt it was given to all the soldiers. Perhaps officers and VIPs? Well, my search continues. Thank you again for your help.
