Not translate it, but just write it in Arabic letters.

I would say ألمين so that it wouldn't be read as Alman.

the real translation of patrick is prounounced BOTROS. and not patrick as one wrote to you.

Thank you for your reply Helunhai, but I think it still should stay as Patrick and not Botros, because people usually want to write their name in Arabic instead of a complete translation, David for example in Arabic is Dawood, but usually people ask for the same phonetics and not the other equivalent in Arabic.
