I think pronunciation is the same in all languages.

okay , I got my name translated in arabic كريستينا "Kristina" .I want to tattoo my name , but when i copy it on Windows Word the letters detach. Does it matter if I make my tattoo with detached letters and are there capital letters in Arabic? Sorry , I know these questions are really stupid but I don`t understand.

There is no capital letters in arabic. To have letters attached, you have to install arabic script on your computer. For that, follow these steps on your computer :
1- Open the Control Panel (START --> SETTINGS --> CONTROL PANEL)
2- clic on Regional and Linguistic Settings
3- clic on Languages tab
4- check the first box : "Install files for complex scripts written from right to left"
5- Follow the instructions.

If this script is not installed, letters will be detached and inverted.
