Assalaamualaikum everyone!

I need urget help in translating some arabic text into english.
Heres the text:
فأنزل الله فى شأن هذه الرمية على رسوله {وَمَا رَمَيْتَ إذْ رَمَيْتَ وَلَكِنَّ اللهَ رَمَى} [الأنفال: 17].
وقد ظن طائفة أن الآية دلَّت على نفى الفعل عن العبد، وإثباتهِ لله، وأنه هو الفاعلُ حقيقة، وهذا غلط منهم من وجوه عديدة مذكورة فى غير هذا الموضع. ومعنى الآية: أن الله سبحانه أثبت لِرسوله ابتداءَ الرَّمى، ونفى عنه الإيصال الذى لم يحصل برميته، فالرمىُ يُرادُ به الحذفُ والإيصال، فأثبت لنبيه الحذفَ، ونفى عنه الإيصال.

Please please can anyone translate this for me.

Yes sure, it is from the book: زاد المعاد في هدي خير العباد للحافظ ابن القيم
From the chapter: فى بدء القتال بالمبارزة
This is about the battle of badr.

Usually with the help of dictionaries and little bit of knowledge of arabic, i can understand things in this book...but i just cannot understand this paragraph. I ve looked up words in the dictionary but its not making any sense to me, and therefore, I need help

Thanks for the info, I'll try to translate :

And in the subject of that throwing Allah said to His messenger : [the verse]

Some thought that the verse indicates a denying of the action to be from the person, and confim it to be from Allah, that He is the real actor, which is a mistake in many ways, and this had been explained in (an)other subject(s), the meaning of the verse is : Allah confirm to His messenger the begining/start/launching of throwing, but denied from him the reciept/transportation/the ability to make it be recieved, that didn't happen with his throwing, the throwing means the action of launching and the action of transportating, He confirmed to His messenger the launching and denied from him the reciept.

wa allaho aalam.

For the word "receipt", I'm not sure if I that's the right word for "إيصال".

And, please take in consideration that I might have made a mistake.

Anyway, I'll try to look for more details in this subject, and share it here if possible

So basically this means that the Prophet (sa) threw it, but what happened as a result of this throwing..was totally done by Allah.

ثم ارتحل مؤيَّداً منصوراً، قريرَ العين بنصر الله له

In the above sentence what does مؤيَّداً mean?

منصوراً means victoriuos, then what would be the meaning of بنصر الله - victory of Allah or help of Allah?
