منصوراً means victoriuos, then what would be the meaning of بنصر الله - victory of Allah or help of Allah?

مؤيَّداً means "supported/upholded" it's from the verb أيَّد.

And بنصر الله means "by the victory of Allah".

But in the context, it's kind of :

ثم ارتحل مؤيَّداً منصوراً، قريرَ العين بنصر الله له = Then he traveled supported and victorious, glad for being triumphed by Allah.
