Default Help with (I think Arabic) script translation

Hi there, can you translate (what I think is Arabic, but please confirm this also) a sentence for me? It is for a tattoo, want to be sure it says what the website indicated...

مجانين هم الذين يرقصون بالنسبة للذين لا يستطيعون سماع صوت الموسيقىو

Thanks kindly, Orangesky

there is an extra و at the end of the sentence which is not in place, و means and, so either the sentence is not complete, or و was there by mistake.

I agree with what xpsal says , but with a slight correction

Crazy are those who dance for those who can't hear music .[b]

Am sure this is translated from another language , but , the meaning is very clear.

I agree with Nani , that's correct, you just need to omit the last letter ( و )

Thanks to all three of you, you have all been most helpful! I am now set to get this tattooed as an armband, along with my partner. Very exciting, I appreciate your responses greatly.

The translation given is exactly as the website indicated, with a slight syntax inversion which I am sure is just a difference in the structure of English to Arabic.
