it means "no one else but you"...that's for my swedish boyfriend...lol

If I'm right about what it means in French, I think it should be "Ingen annan än du" (="No one else but you", as you said)
If you'd rather like "You, and no one else" it should be "Du och ingen annan".
Hope it helps a bit.
