Good morning
I recently asked for a translation from English in Arabic. I had a reply from another member saying if it was for a tattoo, I couldn't have the word God in it. Can anyone explain to me why? I'm a catholic and would see no problem with this. Thanks for your help Dan |

Muslims consider tattos as a self-harming .So when you say to a Muslim "Please can you translate so and so for me I want to make it a tatto ?" you sound to him as if you say "please can you give me a blade I want to harm myself ? " . And in the Islamic doctrine, when you help/teach/instruct/ someone on anything that could cause harm to himself/herself or to anyone, then every harmful deed that one would do ,you would take a part of that deed (sins).x
