I don't understand chinese... but the only lesson I remember is : NEVER HAVE CHILD

Well, the child keeps asking, "Is it this far/that far? How much farther (to the destination)?"

I had a similar experience taking my 5 year old on a long distance flight in June/July.

But she didn't get an ice-cream on the plane. She got a backpack with stationery and game instead.
