And do we have the right to post links where there are sounds files we found online that we'd like to understand?
I would be very happy if we had that right, because I am trying to learn to understand some American accents and some are hard to get...

I think that there is no harm in that. You can post the links in the appropriate forums (English in your case) and wait for someone to offer help.

HI, I am working on a add on for WoW, well modding an add on for WoW that plays a sound file when i kill someone and i want to change the sound file i think its a mp3, anyways anyone know a good site for sound bit files like just "over 9000!" and "this is Sparta!" stupid stuff like that. thanks
