Unsubmitable victory

The V:force has a score to beat of 790, but when I passed all levels, and earn 800, there was no button for submission.
So this game can never be won. It is a trick game!

Yes, but it did not work,

and what's more, in the game of Grazy Tank, there are many times when I cleared all enemies but the battle is still alive without any one to beat.
