Where to post? - still confused

I decided to ask a question: translation english to french.

Where ? I thought it would be made clear by just looking at the threads in the 2 forums:

Translation help (English)Ask for help here. Traduction anglais.

Aide à la Traduction (français) Demander aux membres du forum, de vous aider à traduire des petits textes...... French translation.

Ben en principe on a dit que l'on devait poster dans la langue d'arrivée.
C'est à dire que pour ang-fr on poste dans le français
et pour fr-ang on poste dans l'anglais

RESULT: pretty much as many E-F as F-E in each forum. :D Maybe it's clear - but not clear enough as shown by the results.

Nobody is going to dig out the previous posts, located in SUPPORT: editing some rules for the forum Maybe they should be added to the Sticky in those 2 forums.

The only thing I found is:

- Respecter le formatage des sujets des discussions avec spécification des langues d’origines et d’arrivées.

Burried further away. In that case, it did not tell me much.

Maybe Forum names & subtitles should be more explicit. Are people reading them anyway ?

Don't forget that this Forum is used by people who are often not very comfortable in ANY language, so, clear/precise & short is best (everything my post is not :D )

I hope that in the end, I posted in the right place .... but I don't think it matters :D

The forum choice is of course one of the biggest problem we have. The worst thing you can do is multi-post... that would mess up the forums more than they are right now. So don't use this method when you don't know where to post, just post in one forum will see what we can do then.
I think that even if we would write clearly in the rules what forum each thread should be posted there won't be much improvement... I am far from sure that everybody reads the rules...

Since people who speak at least two languages use to run the 2 forums concerning their language, there won't be much forgotten subjects.
So for right now I think we should let it go on. We will think about it problems occure more and more often.
