I think this reputation system has some flaws, first it uses some expressions that may not give credibility to the translation of someone, for example the expression "learning to walk" , I noticed that very good translators have that note, and other expressions that are ambiguious, like "just came out of the blue" "unknown quantity"... the other problem is that it's giving point for being an old memeber more than anything else, for example the user "Apprenant" has only 13 post, never thanked, and stopped to come to the forum since last year, and yet his/her position is number 5 in the reputation system, just because he/she joined in sept 2004.
I'm not trying to criticize or anything, but I just had some remarks I wanted to share, good luck!
