As assessed by Bernhard, Moderator is not a position one is elected. So pluiepoco, I guess what you are doing is just upseting admins and mods around... which is not the best way to obtain any right around.
Now keep in mind that forum use at an international level is following internet distribution in the world... so (unfortunately) it is logical that most people (users and moderators/admins) come from europe and the states so far. We would love to have some more asian moderators, but there is no one to nominate for right now.

there are many languages to add... just take indonesia for example, or many indian languages, or mongolia, korea... and so many more

But rather than adding some new laguages we would need to have rather well established translator teams in languages we already have, such as vietnamese, japanese, chinese and so on... that would be great if it would work as well as arabic for example wherewe have so many translator to help any time anyway.

It's not hard to collect those kinds of translators in China, why don't you ask me for that?
It only shows that you are content quite with the status quo, not wanting to step out of your view of Europe.

I disagree. You may be right if you count in Absolute value the number of internet users.
But let's be modest, shall we?
It's a modest website between millions of other webistes.
So if like you have 100 millions to 150 millions, will that make a huge difference?

Asia+Africa captures more than 40% Of internet Usage.

Does that make a huge difference?
I dont think so.
Considering the fact that 100% represent MOre than ONE BILLION people!

I am ok to close this irritating thread, let me just clarify a couple of things

I am not asking you because translators and moderator tht come here want to come here, there are asking us to participate in the forum, we never ask them to come around... don't ever forget that and don't ever reverse that process!

yep but you are considering all kinfs of internet usage. While this forums is 90% of this forum use is recreation use... which mainly means people who have their own internet access at home... which reduces considerably the part of asia and africa... just have a look at the member's map 2.
